Orders + Shipping
At Kodawari Golf, each product is crafted with care and precision. Because many of our items are made to order, we allow time to ensure every detail meets our standards of quality and finish.
Orders typically ship within 3 business days to allow proper curing and adhesion of paint and protective coatings. This short window ensures your item arrives looking and performing exactly as intended.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your purchase from our workshop to your doorstep.
Returns, Warranty + Exchanges
Return Policy
At Kodawari Golf, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
Returns are accepted on all standard, non-customized items. To be eligible, products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at zac@kodawarigolf.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions for sending your item back. Kindly note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages or Quality Concerns
We hold our products to the highest standards. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and ensure it’s resolved promptly.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including custom-engraved pieces, sale items, and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific product, our team is happy to assist before you make your purchase.
Exchanges
For the most seamless experience, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for your desired product once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
